- For Meal Plan Only Clients:

Meal plans available on a subscription basis or a once off purchase

Once off clients will receive 3 meal plans.

Subscription clients will receive access to the Shift coaching app so that you can track your measurements & progress. Updated every fortnight with 2 plans each update.

- For Online Coaching/PT Clients:

Meal plan available as an add on to your current service, updated every fortnight with 2 plans each update.
